Temperature
Definition in the Law of Equalization
Temperature is not a physical entity, but a biological interpretation of the energy state of matter.
What Actually Happens
- Matter with more energy = higher molecular motion = vibrations
- Our skin detects these vibrations → brain interprets as "warm"
- Less energy = less motion → "cold"
Consequences
- Heat does not "flow" — energy equalizes
- Heat conduction = energy equalization
- Thermodynamics = special case of energy equalization
- Absolute zero = minimal intrinsic energy, not "no energy"
Metaphor
Temperature is like volume in music — not a physical entity, but our perception of energy intensity.
